1. Overview
This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, fulfilled and delivered when you shop at Paxwares. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below in addition to our Terms of Service and Returns Policy.
2. Order Processing & Production
We partner with a third-party print-on-demand provider to produce and ship our products. This allows us to create items as they are ordered and reduce waste.
Most orders are processed and produced within 3–7 business days from the date of purchase. During peak periods, sales or holidays, production times may be slightly longer.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates and available methods are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, selected products and carrier options.
Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are provided by our fulfillment partners and carriers. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather or other factors beyond our control.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available). Tracking details may take up to 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.
5. Third-Party Fulfillment
Orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our third-party print-on-demand provider’s facilities. This means:
- Items in the same order may ship from different locations.
- You may receive multiple packages with separate tracking numbers.
- Packaging and sender information may reference our fulfillment partner.
6. International Shipping & Customs
We ship to a range of international destinations. Availability of shipping options will depend on your location and will be shown at checkout.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes and import fees imposed by your local authorities. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to our fulfillment partner due to an incorrect address, refusal or failure to pick up, we may be able to reship the order. Additional shipping charges may apply.
8. Delayed, Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed to the carrier, shipping progress is outside our direct control. If your package appears delayed, lost or marked as delivered but not received, please:
- Check with household members, neighbours and your local post or courier office.
- Confirm that the shipping address on your order confirmation is correct.
If you are still unable to locate your package, contact us at [your-contact-email] with your order number and details. We will work with our fulfillment partner and the carrier to investigate where possible, but we cannot guarantee replacement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within [X] days of delivery with:
- Your order number; and
- Clear photos showing the issue.
We will review your request and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or other solution in accordance with our Returns & Refunds policy.
10. Split Shipments
Because different items may be produced at different facilities, your order might arrive in multiple shipments. You will receive separate tracking details for each package (where available).
11. Changes to This Shipping Policy
We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or our fulfillment partners. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
